From the large garden there is a view of Babia G\u00f3ra.
You can walk to the nearby forest, through which there are mountain trails, a detailed description of which can be found in the “ATTRACTIONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT”<\/a> tab.
The market, where there is an opportunity for a variety of shopping, is only a 10-minute walk from our house. The “U Lipy” restaurant is also nearby.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

At your disposal is a fully, richly equipped house.<\/span><\/p>\n

The house can be divided into four parts. <\/span><\/p>\n

PART ONE:<\/span><\/h3>\n

In the first part of the house, on the first floor, there is a vestibule, a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a small bathroom with a shower. Entering the house, to the right is a staircase leading to the attic, where there is a small living room with a beautiful view of the mountains and a corner with toys for children, as well as three bedrooms. <\/span><\/p>\n

PART TWO:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The second, central part is a living room with a fireplace and a piano. <\/span><\/p>\n

There is a modern TV with internet access.<\/span><\/p>\n

PART THREE:<\/span><\/h3>\n

From the living room we move to the third zone, which includes one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPA PART:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The icing on the cake is a relaxation area consisting of a Finnish dry sauna, WALK-IN shower with rain dance showerhead, a two-person whirlpool bathtub, exercise space, lounge chairs and a gym with a spinning bike, orbitrek and other equipment. <\/span><\/p>\n

GENERAL INFORMATION:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The facility is fenced and monitored.
<\/span>Parking spaces: two parking spaces under a covered shelter, the remaining three parking spaces, uncovered.
<\/span>Sorting garbage: we very much request that you sort your garbage and regularly dispose of the bags in the containers, which are located outside, next to the shed in the utility room.
<\/span>Home is an ideal place to work online. We provide a good Internet connection – optical fiber
<\/span>In the garden there is a small barbecue, a trampoline, an “inflatable” for children and plenty of free space.
<\/span>The property is fenced.
<\/span>It is an ideal place for rest and recuperation.
