The house is located on the sidelines, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
From the large garden there is a view of Babia Góra.
You can walk to the nearby forest, through which there are mountain trails, a detailed description of which can be found in the “ATTRACTIONS AND THE ENVIRONMENT” tab.
The market, where there is an opportunity for a variety of shopping, is only a 10-minute walk from our house. The “U Lipy” restaurant is also nearby.

-mezzanine lounge: sofa bed – 2 persons
In addition, on request, a crib.
*NOTE: The mezzanine bed available with a ladder has unusual dimensions: 175cm x 100cm.
Description of the house
At your disposal is a fully, richly equipped house.
The house can be divided into four parts.
PART ONE:
In the first part of the house, on the first floor, there is a vestibule, a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a small bathroom with a shower. Entering the house, to the right is a staircase leading to the attic, where there is a small living room with a beautiful view of the mountains and a corner with toys for children, as well as three bedrooms.
PART TWO:
The second, central part is a living room with a fireplace and a piano.
There is a modern TV with internet access.
PART THREE:
From the living room we move to the third zone, which includes one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
SPA PART:
The icing on the cake is a relaxation area consisting of a Finnish dry sauna, WALK-IN shower with rain dance showerhead, a two-person whirlpool bathtub, exercise space, lounge chairs and a gym with a spinning bike, orbitrek and other equipment.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The facility is fenced and monitored.
Parking spaces: two parking spaces under a covered shelter, the remaining three parking spaces, uncovered.
Sorting garbage: we very much request that you sort your garbage and regularly dispose of the bags in the containers, which are located outside, next to the shed in the utility room.
Home is an ideal place to work online. We provide a good Internet connection – optical fiber
In the garden there is a small barbecue, a trampoline, an “inflatable” for children and plenty of free space.
The property is fenced.
It is an ideal place for rest and recuperation.
